Registration

At least one author for each accepted paper must register at the conference at the appropriate conference rate. Registration deadlines and charges are:

The registration fees include:

  • Attendance to SPIRE 2019 sessions and invited talks
  • LNCS Proceedings (electronic version)
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Social dinner and «guided tour + visit to Alcázar»

Extra tickets for the social events (social dinner and «guided tour + visit to Alcázar») will be available on site at the cost of 50.00 eur per person.

Please make sure that the bank transfer is free of charge for the beneficiary.

2. Send us an email and attach your **payment confirmation receipt**

In order to actually perform the registration, please send us an email to spire19@lbd.org.es, attaching your payment-confirmation/receipt (e.g. PDF), with the following format:

body: If you need an invoice please include here:

  1. The recipient (person/university) name for who/which the invoice must be issued.
  2. The VAT number of the recipient.
  3. Your full address for the invoice.

For student registrations, please use the following email format instead:

body: In addition to the invoice information above, please, include here also a text in which you declare that you are currently a student and you do not hold a PhD.

If you had any food restrictions (vegetarian, alergies, …) please let us know in this email. Whenever possible, we will do our best to try to meet your needs.

3. Please wait for our confirmation email

Upon the reception of your email [step 2], and as soon as we had been received the payment in our bank account, we will send you an email to confirm that the registration completed successfully. Please note that this could take more than one week! so please be patient!
